The Procurement Centre is currently reviewing its programme in light of the national Supplier Development initiative being developed. Below is a list of workshops offered by other agencies that may be of interest.
Also there are a number of e-learning portals designed to provide you with an alternative way of gaining knowledge.
Spotlearn
Those of you who have attended our events and workshops will know Malcolm Gallagher from Biz Vision Ltd in Morpeth.
He has developed an extensive e-learning portal and is offering The Procurement Centre's clients a year's free trial. Not only does it cover issues to do with selling to the public sector, The Suppliers Academy, but also a Sales and Marketing Academy, Personal Development Academy and Business Development Academy.

Winning the Contract
This has been developed on behalf of BERR and Business Link and provides an introduction to the public sector and different types of contract. It also offers practical advice to help you identify new business opportunities. The e-course takes about 4 hours and is free.
